Our educational purpose
Our mission is to advance medical and dental education through reliable knowledge, the exchange of good practice and support for informed health decisions. We are preparing resources in three areas:
- Oral health and prevention: understanding everyday care, prevention and oral-care products.
- Health literacy and informed choices: assessing health information, preparing for consultations and understanding care options.
- Education for professionals: understanding evidence, communicating with patients and sharing professional experience.
These resources are in preparation. Our educational work is intended to support learning and conversations about care for practitioners, students and the public.
